Refund Policy

This is the published refund policy referenced at checkout and throughout the VCOS site. It applies to all purchases of the VCOS Handbook v2.2, at any license tier (Individual, Team, or Enterprise), at either the $49 launch price or the $79 regular price.

The 14-day guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. If VCOS isn't right for you, email priteshkumar.sales@gmail.com within 14 days and you'll get a full refund — no forms, no "why are you returning this," no requirement to prove you haven't opened the file.

Yes, this covers you even after you've downloaded it

This is a digital product. Once refunded, please delete your copy — but we're not going to police that. The guarantee applies regardless of whether you've downloaded the PDF, cloned the companion repository, or done both.

What this isn't: a way to read the whole book, extract everything you need, and refund it as a matter of course. The guarantee is built on trust that most people request refunds because the product genuinely wasn't right for them — not as a loophole. That trust is also why it stays a simple 14-day window instead of something more restrictive.

How to request a refund

Email priteshkumar.sales@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, who handles checkout and billing for VCOS as merchant of record. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days after the refund is issued on our end.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, refunds aren't guaranteed by default. If something unusual happened — a billing error, a duplicate charge, a genuine technical failure that prevented delivery — email priteshkumar.sales@gmail.com and we'll look at it directly. There's no blanket policy for this; it's handled case by case because these situations aren't the same as a standard change-of-mind refund.

For buyers in the EU or UK

EU and UK consumer law generally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases, including digital content. Because VCOS is delivered instantly on purchase, checkout may ask you to acknowledge that you're requesting immediate delivery and that this can affect that withdrawal right once the content has been fully delivered. In practice, our 14-day money-back guarantee above is intended to meet or exceed that right regardless — you get the same 14 days either way, download or no download.

For buyers in the US

There's no federal law in the US requiring digital-goods refunds. Our 14-day guarantee is offered voluntarily, on top of whatever the baseline legal requirement is (which, for most digital purchases, is none). You're covered by our policy, not because the law requires it, but because we said so above.

What this policy doesn't cover

• Refund requests made after 14 days for reasons of "I changed my mind" — see the section above on what happens after the window closes.
• Chargebacks filed instead of a refund request — please email us first. A direct refund is faster for you and avoids chargeback fees that make it harder for us to keep the price where it is.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the handbook, which is prohibited under the license terms regardless of refund status.
